Boca Raton, FL- Restaurant brokerage firm The
Prakas Group announces that they have been chosen as the exclusive brokerage
firm
for the restaurant space residing within Two
Liberty Place in downtown Philadelphia. The Falcone Group, the Florida-based
owner/developer of Two Liberty Place, has chosen The
Prakas Group to find the right mix of chef and operator that will develop a restaurant equaling the stature and
elegance of Two Liberty Place.

The restaurant space is located on the 37th floor of Two
Liberty Place, 475 feet above street level with expansive city
views. The floor plan allows for
approximately 10,000 square feet of space and, depending on design,
seating for up to 275 for dinner.
Below the restaurant are 36 stories of Class AA office
space and above the restaurant 122 luxury residential condominiums. Once built, the restaurant will officially be Philadelphia's highest
restaurant.
