Scott Fox, a longtime South Florida hospitality professional, has finalized his purchase of the well-known Italian restaurant, Café Bellino.Scott has added a full bar as Café Bellino had previously been without a liquor license.He has also installed a bar in the outdoor patio which he has renamed “The Garden at Café Bellino”.The Garden area has been refurnished and is now shrouded at eye level with lush greenery though the Boca skyline is still visible.Scott has spent significant time fine tuning the kitchen with longtime executive chef Patricia Bourre Newman who will continue to prepare her version of northern Italian cuisine and fresh baked breads.
Who:
Scott Fox was born in Miramar and attended Valencia Community College.He began his hospitality career in 1995 and has acted as server, bartender, DJ, and manager.This is Scott’s first entrepreneurial endeavor in the restaurant industry.
Patricia Bourre Newman is a Zagat rated chef from Italy. She believes in the concept of seasonality in food which is a staple of northern Italian cuisine.Patricia also hand makes all the breads and offers fresh pastas and Italian specialties.

Though Scott Fox has officially been the owner of Café Bellino since August, he is now making the public aware as he has been able to fine tune the restaurant to the level at which he believes it should be.
Café Bellino is openly for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5-10 pm.The Garden at Café Bellino is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm-2am and features live entertainment, fresh fruit martinis, and 50% off for all hospitality professionals.
